From October 1, driving without a registration certificate is legal. You no longer have to remember about documents, the lack of which was previously associated with a mandate. You don't have to have your third party liability insurance with you, but the police will ask you to show your driving license and ID card. This results from the amendment to the Road Traffic Law prepared by the Ministry of Digitization and passed by the Sejm on May 9, 2018.
