This allowed him to develop a car design that was intended to meet the realities of the modern automotive world. The inspiration for the designers is the Mustang with its sporty soul and silhouette, a car for adventure seekers and thrill seekers. We can therefore assume that the new electric SUV will hide under the hood and present its distinctive power, strength, dynamics and style on the outside.
We heard about Ford's electric plans in 2017. Already then, the world was informed that it would create a special department whose tasks would include the creation, improvement and care only of electric cars. This plan has been implemented, and today we know that we will learn more about the work of this new team in the near future. In 2020, we will get behind the wheel of a new electric SUV from Ford.
11 billion dollars! Sounds impressive!
The plan for Ford Team Edison was to create 40 electrified car models, including 16 electric ones. A bold and expensive investment, because the budget provides for as much as USD 11 billion!
